At the program level, we focus on ensuring our managers are well qualified, experienced, and capable of serving as mentors. We stress the need to recognize good performance through performance reviews conducted at the first-line supervisor level and a corporate-wide awards program designed to recognize significant contributions to the customer and to successful RAM performance. We formally survey our customers on an annual basis to measure our performance in specific functional areas and to solicit suggestions for improving the quality of our services. Over the past six-year period, our customers have consistently indicated they are highly satisfied with RAM's performance as their support contractor.

Customer Base
RAM's current customer base is centered on the Department of Defense, either as prime contractor or as a subcontractor. Among our prime contracts, our customers include U.S. Southern Command, PEO Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation, U.S. Army Combined Arms Center, U.S. Army Air Defense School, Aviation and Missile Command, and several U.S. Army National Guard organizations. Among our corporate clients are subcontracts to Lockheed, Northrop Grumman, CACI, EDS, IAP, L3 Communications, CSC, Perot Systems, SAIC, Advanced C4 Solutions, S3, DMD, MRC, Digital Fusion, and Alpha Ten. RAM is also a Joint Venture Partner in Combat Support Associates' contract providing full base operations and support for U.S. Army troops and Allied Forces at Camps Arifjan, Buehring, Virginia, and Ali Al Salem located throughout Kuwait.
